Evolution of Evolution

Functional Description: In the context of the EvoEvo european project we are developing an integrated model of microorganisms evolution. This model will extend the current evolutionary models developped in the team (Aevol and R-Aevol) by adding a metabolic level and an ecosystem level. In 2014, a first version has been developed and released that includes the genomic, genetic and metabolic levels.
